Scope and quotations

Project scope, deliverables, timings and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation.

Payments

Deposits, consultation fees and staged payments are payable as agreed. Payments may be processed securely by Stripe. Work may pause when an agreed payment is overdue.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals and access needed for delivery, and for confirming they have rights to materials supplied.

Academy participation

Course places are subject to availability. Learners must use class platforms respectfully and follow tutor safety instructions. Parents or guardians remain responsible for children outside supervised class activity.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licence terms for project deliverables are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement. Third-party software, fonts, images and services remain subject to their own licences.

Liability

Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
