Safeguarding
Last updated: 18 July 2026
Our approach
DipTech Kids Academy aims to provide respectful, age-appropriate and supportive learning. The welfare of children takes priority in class planning and communication.
Parents and guardians
A parent or guardian should make bookings, provide relevant learner information and remain available for online sessions where appropriate. Direct private communication with children is avoided.
Online classes
Class links must not be shared publicly. Learners should join from an appropriate space, use their correct first name and follow tutor instructions. Recording requires prior parent or guardian agreement.
Conduct
Bullying, harassment, discriminatory language, unsafe links and inappropriate content are not permitted. A session may be paused or ended where safety is at risk.
Raising a concern
Parents or guardians should report concerns promptly to info@diptechglobal.info or call 07404 121058. Immediate danger should be reported to the appropriate emergency service.
